Preperation

Preperation is a key to guild sucess in order for everyone to progress. This includes MUSTS: Allways be ontime to every raid (if unable to attend please let the GM, Officer or Raid leader aware that you cannot attend this raid, and it is then therefor your responsibility to find a replacement member to fill your spot). And i stress bring pots you all can get ahold of them, dont give the lame excuse of i cant afford pots because everyone can. There are cupple of Alch's in the guild which if you ask nicely im sure they will make you a few free pots. Food buffs it is a big help and you must get the right food for your spec/class, ask in guild there are many cooks that can cook and im sure they would be happy to do so. It takes me 10minutes to farm cupple of stacks of meat form Nagrand not hard.
All this is a minimum requirement to now be raiding with Grand Storm. This guild can only get better and it requires all of you to be top form and prepared for the rids to come. GL People Cya ingame Xionfighter
